Boss Micro BR-80: anyone used one?

Quite fancy a little recorder or looper for mucking around with away from the computer. As I'd want to plug a guitar straight in and get some amp sim / effects: anyone used the Micro BR-80?

Got one, sounds great, loads of features but a bit of a faff to use, so I rarely use it. Yours for 50 quid delivered!

Sounds ideal for playing in the late hours.

It ate batteries so budget for an adapter or rechargeables. 
In theory I could download what I'd recorded as mp3s onto my computer and vice versa but I could never get it to work the same way twice. Drove me slightly mad.

I think it's going to be more late night noodling. But agree it does seem to do far more than the number of buttons it has can cope with.
