Pocket recorders for band practice recording?

Hi all,

   I've started playing in a band again for the first time in ages and sold all my recording gear (Alesis firewire desk, drum mics, nice condensers etc) ages ago and we have been recording (just for reference) on an iPhone.

I've been looking at pocket recorders from the likes of Tascam and Zoom but I am wondering if they are any good? Budget up to £150.

We're a four-piece playing heavy rock originals and practice in nice sounding rehearsal rooms.

Advice and recommendations sought please!

I use a zoom h2 for that and it gives pretty good results but on a couple of occasion I've used my phone instead and tbh it's good enough that I wouldn't buy a separate recorder if I didn't have one already.
