So after asking for lots of opinions on here - I went to Coda at Stevenage for the first time.
The intention was to look at a Swart Space Tone Reverb, and maybe a Carr Sportsman.
What a wonderful shop!
Ended up spending 5 hours, undisturbed, trying the Swart (with and without a Night Light attenuator - which it really needs), Carr Mercury, Carr Sportsman.
I was leaning towards the Mercury - then Doug came in and said you should try this.
'This' Is a Carr Skylark, which got delivered this morning in two tone cream and green.
Wonderful amp, the attentuator is great for home use - and it just sounds amazing.
And a cracking shop - no pressure to buy, good advice and in the end a great deal (especially with Brexit price hikes looming)
Takes pedals wonderfully - and looks cool!

My trading feedback - I'm a good egg
I keep putting off a visit to Coda as I'm sure it would end up being expensive.......
