Soved Help Egnater Tweaker no sound

I have just purchase a Tweaker 15 for here i got it home and have used it a couple of time however i went to use it tonight and now sound - changed the guitar and speaker to see if that was the problem 

The 2 big tube are glowing read, the power light is on the front but no sound at all tried all the buttons in all the positions any suggestions?

    Speaker plugged into Extension instead of Main jack?

    Impedance selector set half way between two positions?

    Tone controls all at zero?

    FX loop connected backwards?

    Can't think of any others I've done heard about other people doing that would apply to this amp, but there may be one or two more...
