I've worked on 3 out of that 8. So with my in depth knowledge on the subject, I'd say that slide looks like the standard bullshit spouted by consultants with nice ties.

Great in theory, and at some levels works a charm, but just like the ants and wasps there will be drones somewhere in the hive who will produce and use it, and without it the whole thing will collapse!
