The original had no means of changing the focus and it seems this is similar but with 5 presets, which is rather limiting...

3 megapixel 1/3 inch sensor doesn't seem cutting edge. Seems like it's an audio recorder with a tiny camera attached - probably no better than attaching a mic to a phone camera?

I'd like a better camera for recording, but I don't think a mic is good enough for sound, I always record sound to my Mac and add afterwards
