Price check on SF Deluxe Reverbs & '65 RIs?

Prices  are all over the gaff out here in Berlin - everything from 900 euros for a RI to well over 2000 euros for a mid/late 70s SF. 

What's a realistic used price for both? What about the new uns? As good as a SF?

65 reissues anywhere from 600 to 800 GBP, not sure about original silverfaces

Right so about 900euros for a RI sounds realistic.

The list on a 65 DRRI is now about £1400, the 'street' price has risen considerably post-EU Referendum. My guess is you'd be 'very' lucky to get a used one for £600 now - yet not long ago, they seemed to be plentiful at around that level.

Makes buying from a uk boutique dealer a better deal nowadays doesn't it

It's silly, I have owned a '72 silverface DR for years, and I often consider selling it, but realistically as a private sale it's worth no more than a new reissue, assuming they're around £1300. However, if anyone was looking for a Deluxe Reverb on that sort of budget surely it would be the original every time? So I just keep it, for now anyway.
