My point is that Broadband is another utility and these muppets in the call centres in the Philippines don't seem to understand the issue.

First world problems I appreciate, but c'mon, it's the week before Christmas ferchrissakes.

Been with talk talk a long time but when I just recently had a dispute with them the bloke on the phone had to ask his supervisor permission to send me an email! Then they said they would ring me back but couldn't see the flaw in their plan to ring me on my landline during the day so told them to ring the mobile and guess what they did? That kept the complaint going 6 weeks. Add to that his insistence that any number beginning with 01 ,02, and 03 where talk talk numbers therefor free on my package.... need I go on? Though the inter web has never broken here thus far with them, still on copper may be the clue

I dumped TalkTalk some years ago, when my Broadband packed up. None of their so-called "computer experts" (somewhere far far away) knew that an iMac was a computer. Need I say more!!
