XBOX One - game recommendations?

We got the boys an XBOX One S for xmas - obviously it is of no coincidence that I may also give it a go :-)

What are the XBOX exclusives (in the vein of PS4's Uncharted/LBP/Last Of Us) that I might want to pick up?

and get EA Access, a bargain at £20 per year(if paid upfront)

I downloaded Forza Horizon 3 yesterday - it's good then?

I'll look it up in bit - but what's EA access - do you need it to play online? 
I have a trial of Live Gold that came in the box

Remember too with Xbox if space becomes an issue you can just plug an external HDD in and jobs a good un
