My old BT Home Hub 2.0 appears to have died (probably the PSU).
Any recommendations on what router to buy for use on a standard BT broadband line (not their superfast line - as that's not available in my town)?
Thanks

Which was rock solid and never let me down. Unfortunately for me, it doesn't support VDSL (BT Infinity - the superfast line) which I've recently upgraded to, so I'm stuck with the bloody awful BT Smart Hub 6 thing.
The bottom line is that most home broadband routers are pretty much the same. Unless you have some complex network requirements, any router will do the job. If you have any fairly recent devices at home that use 5GHz WiFi then it's worth getting a 'Dual Band' router that can support both the standard 2.4GHz and 5GHz - especially if you live somewhere that's likely to have neighbours with their own WiFi. (5GHz is far less likely to suffer interference from neighbours and other devices).
(The Draytek I mentioned is 2.4GHz only by the way, so you may not want that if you need 5GHz).

@Emp_Fab thanks for the advice.
@Jimbro66 thanks for the kind offer.
BT are now sorting out a new router for me (the Internet kind... not the woodworking kind - that would have been too generous on BT's part).
It is pretty fantastic.
