Random knee injury

Friday, I had a REALLY lazy day. The dog got her walks etc, but I really didn't do any strenuous at all. So Saturday, I wake up with the most painful knee ive ever had. I haven't been able to walk properly since, and I have to keep getting up whilst im at work to stop it seizing up completely. Where ive been compensating for it, it feels like ive got constant cramp in my calf. What the fuck have I done to my knee?
