Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles: HELP!

My Mum has rightly decided to swap her car for a WAV (Wheelchair Access Vehicle) for my Dad and his wheelchair.

Anyone got any knowledge of these?

We need something that automatically gets the (electric) wheelchair in BUT, and this is key, Automatically anchors said wheelchair without Mum having to struggle and bend.

I have seen ramps, ramps with winch, electric tailgates....

Anyone ever been down this route at all?
