THEY ROCK THEM ......!!!!OK I'm an old git but I think fairly modern minded and I am very open to metamorphosis or evolution of the vocabulary even if some of it seems a bit strange - after all it has to change ; that's why we don't speak Victorian English now ...BUT..........
 The tabloids and Housewives magazines have really embraced and over-used one particular Idiom that really winds me up.....
Nobody WEARS clothes any more ..........they ROCK them especially if they are d list celebrities so beloved of the tabloids e.g.
'Kardashian was rocking a blue jumper/brown skirt/red shoes ,whatever'...Why rocking ...Was she on a boat at the time ?
FFS - you wear clothes.......and you rock babies !! ( and guitar solo s!!! )
