singers. fuck them (actually don't, just to spite them).
they steal your girl (or guy), they steal your drugs, they always want a bigger cut of the door than everyone else & they never help getting the gear in or out. well sometimes anyway.
sixties instrumental guitar bands had it all worked out. & instrumentals are a bit of a lost art in that classic 60s 3 minute single way. maybe the format burned itself out but total fun while it lasted.
i have been listening back to some old mix cds from my uni days when i had a big 60s phase & am curious about what i don't know about. so thought a thread for weekend kicks.
poss my fav. not rare but hot.

probably same year they were turned down by decca because they said guitar bands were on the way out. the poor babies! never let it be said they had an easy ride.
no 3x bedroom demos on myspace & a deal for them.
presenter man: "and they're brothers"
(young girls in audience get restless)

innocent times.

My feedback thread is here.
This made me want to be a bass player for a long time:
first is a dark & dirty radio luxembourg sesh or demo from the early 60s. faster & rawer.
second is from the film the young ones. i just like the quaint matching suits & steps thing.
