7+ string classicals, anything not in the 4-figure bracket?

Been watching too much Gismonti and now am GAS'ing badly for a 10, 12, 14(!!) string classical. I've got reasonable chops on a 6 string classical so I think I know what I'm doing. Problem is, all the extra string classicals I find for sale are very, very expensive. 

I appreciate quality instruments, but for my audience I think I'm fine with something of more average quality. Any clues? My keywords for searching are of course 'yepes guitar' but are there any others I should be using?

Yes, didn't know those existed! Do you know where that tuning comes from E/B/G/D/A/E/D/B ?

Sorry, no. My interest in these has been very casual. Just seen them in magazines. Which reminds me: Ortega do them in a similar price category, too.

Extended Range classicals often have the lower strings tuned closer than what you would find on electrics.

I think this is the 'renaissance' tuning opening up the lower D and lower B, I'm far from an expert but have spoken to a few luthiers who make these.
