Mighty mites are the pickups. Not sure which ones, I didn't discuss it with the original owner but they're great sounding, mid output, and based in the USA from what I can gather.

I was planning on switching them out for some Duncans but once I tried them out, I figured the only thing I'd really gain would be a lighter wallet, there's not much difference in tone between them and certainly no quality drop.

As for Q2, generally modern over vintage specs. Ideally, something like an American deluxe or I'd be especially interested in concocting a deal involving one of the new Nashville deluxe teles. Japanese stuff can sometimes grab me too, certainly some of the more unique stuff (love those kotzen strats and pink paisley teles)

I'm not seeing photos either.

When this was originally listed I was a bit tempted because my DGT was getting all my attention and it looked like a very attractively priced backup.  Since then I'm playing in a band where my 339 is a better visual fit, the DGT is hardly getting a look in and there would be no sense buying a back-up. Such are the vagaries of GAS.  Does look like a helluva lot of guitar for the money though. GLWTS.
