Correct lead for powering Rat 2

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if this is the correct lead to power my Rat?
A 2.1mm to 2.1mm connector lead will be going from my 9volt pedal power/100mA outlet straight into the female socket of the pictured lead, not an expert on this and I'm a little worried about polarity issues as this is caused one of the resistors to fry in the rat circuit.
