These are great amps.  I had one with the Rex upgrade, and have another without (prefer the Rex). 
Great size, a million times better than a Fender HRD. 
Great blackfacey cleans, Marshall-ish dirt, excellent reverb.  

These were £1k new!   Designed by James Brown. No idea why they weren't more popular.
