Can I run my line out from my amp into my mic in on my laptop?

Amp is a Vox Cambridge 30, is it going to be too hot to run into my laptops mic input?

    It will work reasonably well, set your laptop to Max volume and control the volume on your amp. Better still, get cheap USB DAC and redirect the output on your laptop to USB.

    You'd be better off with a cheapo USB interface between the two. Under £50 for a basic one.
