Paul Gilbert " silence followed by a deafening roar " dvd / shred annex - TAB needed

bought this dvd years ago and original pressings didnt include the tab section (( #faketab :-)  ))  - mail to paul n co and link to online resource sent - no issues .. 

however years later ie last week  - dig this out and cant find link / mailed paul + his manager - online resource taken down and unable to help further  

so does anyone have the tab / extras section - they could send me please or know of anywhere that its available ?

I had this problem too. Unfortunately the tab is on an old computer that i need to get working again. I'll keep an eye out for it

@Stevepage  appreciated, got a bit of born again shredder going on atm and the tab would be very useful - particularly as he was a co-conspirator in documenting it ..
im secretly hankering after an N4 too :-)
