Second build

So I'm thinking of making a semi hollow bodied electric in a l.p. sort of shape however I'm not a fan of f holes , anybody have any suitable shape suggestions please as an f hole alternative? ta

How about the diamond shape hole like the Dave Grohl signature Gibson?

If you don't like f holes you could do without, Lucille didn't have them....

Does that not affect the tone at all?

How about narrow slots, following the body's outline?

Try the Frank Montag online builder.. Its pretty cool..  and has some options for sound holes. Plus if you do a PRT SC and then paste that into whatever photo editor you use its easy to work from the images you can make on the site.. Ive had many an hour of fun there (and it really helps me decide on finishing and hardware options when I do a build).
