How to stick tolex back on guitar case?

I've got this vintage (well, 80s I think) Yamaha case which needs a bit of TLC.

Can anyone suggest the best way to glue down the tolex that's lifted? eg. what glue? apply heat first?

Heat gun or dryer will soften it if its stiff and taken a set, helps persuade it to go back home.
