Help me choose a 4x12, 2nd hand 1960TV, 1960, MF400, Jet City etc

It's been a looooong time since I bought a cab. I sold off all my gear last year and need to start lookign around.

I haven't bought a head yet, but it'll be something marshally flavoured, I like jcm800's.
I play nwobhm, thrashy punky rock. Think Motorhead.

I've seen a few 4x12s for sale locally.

Loads of 1960's
A jet city 4x12
And also a 1960tv and a mode4 cab.


I'll welcome any help and advice you guys have!!!

The mid 80's Marshall stuff is usually a safe buy. JCM800 period. G12-80's and G12-65s. More robust than the older greenbacks, so are usually a safe buy, and sound awesome too.

Do you like greenbacks? The EVH 412 is killer if so

Jcm900 lead cabs are my usual go to for a touring cab, if space and weight aren't an issue, the Mesa recto 412 is hard to beat. For compact but with the 412 lows, genz Benz gflex 212.
