I genuinely have had a reason to use that phrase whilst on holiday, I obviously hammed it up, my wife fell apart laughing while all the  French folk just looked at me nonplussed...as did the monkey!

Yes, it's very nice. Good food, great wine and nice city centre. If your driving the best stop os Tours as Poattiers is a shithole.
