New Epiphone Signature Models

Details seem thin on the ground so far, but there seem to be some really interesting models.

A Paul Weller Casino, A JoBo Firebird I, and a Johnny A Signature.  The latter seems to be the most interesting model, the CS Johnny A was supposed to be one of the best guitars they made.  The obligatory JoBo seems an interesting one as well, a single pickup FB with through neck construction.

They all sound interesting but presumably will have oily finishes and generic necks.

If that's a proper firebird 1 for reasonable money then my Junior might get re-homed sooner than expected...

    I'd also be very tempted.
However the cynical profiteer within would be inclined to wait until your next wave of pragmatism/life laundry took hold and snare yours when you inevitably sell it on...

€775, it'll have banjo tuners with 1963 neck profile.  I reckon it might be a Epiphone repro of JoBo's 1963 FB.

Specs indicate it's the same as the Gibson version!  B70 Bigsby, 57's, Ebony f'board, figured maple top, Sunset Glow finish.  €945 which isn't cheap, but a fraction of the CS Gibson!

Only 400 pieces worldwide, I'm really tempted by it...

Are we not hopeful that a 'ProBird' Humbucker is in fact a mini ?

The Paul Weller "Premium" Casino might be nice but it should be for £750.
