I bought a tuner (Korg Pitchhawk) from them which turned out to be out of stock, so they've offered me an updated model (Pitchcrow) instead.
I pointed out that they were selling this item for a fiver cheaper and they'd said they'd refund the difference but when they went to make the refund, Paypal refused, saying that I'd not paid for the item.
Yet my Paypal account and eBay page say the exact opposite....and the dosh definitely left my account on the 5th Dec.... something just doesn't seem to ring true....

Turns out that it's a Paypal issue, rather than the seller. In fact, Stompbox themselves couldn't have been more helpful.... highly recommended!!
Paypal meanwhile, can get to fuck.
