After much to'ing and fro'ing, I've decided that for live use I want a simple board.
If if I set up a Pedaltrain Nano, then I can get a Mono guitar tick and clip it onto the front of the gig bag.. handy.
On it will be Wireless Receiver -> Polytune -> Boss LS2 -> Ampeg SCR-DI
I will have the A output of the LS2 going to the front of the amp, and the B output going to the SCR-DI, then out to the power amp in.
I may swap out the SCR for a Sansamp, but either will give me a DI backup board as well.
I need to power it - does anything other than a Cioks Adam fit under the Nano?

- Warwick Rockboard power LT
Both fit underneath and are also lithium battery so can run unplugged for 16+ hours
Bit worried the SCR-DI might be a bit hungry.. The connection on the back says 9v 100mA, but still....
Or does that defeat the object?
Might just have to get the Adam
I use a one spot to power my mini bass board and I've not had a problem with a couple of pub gigs that have noisy mains.

I have the smooth hound on my main guitar board and power it (and a polytune) using a cheapo HB junior (two outputs combined to give enough current for the SH - it needs the combined 240mA) but if that fits under the nano it's another option.
I've ended up with 9 pedals on my board, and I'm wondering how I can fit another in there.
So...good luck with that.
C'mon man, show some imagination. There are endless possibilities for spending money here!
I've got mine under a Metro 24.
Modulation - I have a lot of that built into my playing (unintentionally)
For bigger stuff where I need more effects I can just use the Helix instead - this was always meant as a small quick-use board
