Basically, my issue is. I have 15 guitars that clutter my music room. I keep looking at ones to sell and always find a justification for not doing so, here's the guitars and the reasons to keep them
80s Tokai goldtop, my favourite guitar
Bacchus Strat, had it for years and was #1 whenI played strtats
Fender highway one Strat. Nicest Strat I've played
bitsa van Helen copy. Sounds and plays great and I would get next to nowt for it
bitsa strat. Put it together myself, looks and sounds great
Ibanez destroyer II doesn't get much use but it's cool
LP special. Whelk you need some P90s dont you?
hamer special, needs a set up, but would probably be better than the LP special if it had one
charvel socal well you need a shredder don't you?
RG1550 better that the Charvel, but I like the Charvel better
wasburn MG. lovely high spec, but would fetch peanuts
gretsch silver jet. Bough by my wife and I love it and it's pristine
gretsch jet electromatic with filtertrons, play it case I don't gig the silver jet cause its pristine
PRS CE. Most used cause it does everything well and has my GK pickup on
bita telecaster. Got to have a tele, and I really like it
which ones for the block?

So I'd keep the PRS CE, Telecaster, you have no choice but to keep the Silver Jet, the Tokai Goldtop, and the Highway 1 Strat.
And then sell the rest and get a few instruments you really want, or go on a nice holiday.
How do you get in the position of having 15? I could understand 3 or 4 maybe but I would struggle to justify more than that from the household budget, unless I am getting an income from it I guess.
From your descriptions, the keepers are the PRS, Tokai, Bacchus Strat, Charvel and Gretsch Silver Jet.
We're all different of course Aside from your wife's gift which three would you grab if the house was burning down?
Shift the rest. Give them to mates, just in case
Sell both. You don't play Strats any more.
Keep.
Sell. Doesn't play great. And you don't play Strats.
So what. Sell.
You don't 'need' any kind of pickups. Sell.
Sell.
Then keep the Charvel - sell the RG, or sell both.
So what? Sell.
KEEP .
Sell. No point in having something average when you have something great that you don't use.
Keep. Functional and the GK devalues it drastically (at least if screwed on) anyway.
Keep. Probably not worth much to sell and you really like it.
There… that's five or maybe six keepers, as the others have already said.

It's called the 'Rico go with your balls method of selection' method. Works wonders.
Recently I went from a high of 10+ guitars to now having 2.
It's liberating to no longer think "which guitar will give me the sound I want tonight" I grab my LP or Tele & think "how am I going to get the sound I want from this guitar". I spend more time playing.
That said MrsLostSon wants me to buy a new one- there's a big empty space on the wall above our TV where my SG used to hang! I'm thinking Gretsch...
Correct, with a few caveats.
