They are thin and low, have been recently crowned and polished so nice and smooth, but they are lower than I'm used to. Whether it's that they've been worn down over the years or if it's a vintage fret wire I can't say. The neck is very fast, but I put a lot of force into my bends so my fingers rub too much on the rosewood fretboard for my playing style.
The neck profile would match the c shape in this diagram.

I've just recorded a few clips so you can hear what it sounds like, if you're still thinking about this. It's a seriously good guitar - but I don't need two seriously good strats and my heavily invested jap squier is staying grab this before somebody else does, they're not easy to find in this shape. A beat up one of the goldstar variety just sold for £600 last week...
