Morning Everyone
So I'm moving away from the classic valve amp and pedalboard setup due to not really playing that much these days and trying to save on space with an impending house move.
I don't know too much about the world of Multi FX, but here is what I would like. Some kind of Amp sim (mainly a fender style clean), straight to desk/computer output, good delay and reverb effects, along with modulations.
I know things like the Helix is out of my price range, the Atomic Amplifire looks good, but a bit limiting with the 3 switches and would be at the very top of my budget 2nd hand.
Any advice as where to look and what to look out for would be great

Does everything you need and has a simple knob-based user interface if you're coming from pedals.
"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski
"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein
I'm sure sound wise they are mate, but for the kind of money they cost I'd rather keep my amp and few pedals and keep the change :-)

Thanks John, how do you find the amp sims on the Zoom?

Second hand
Zoom G5(n), Pod HD 500x. Boss GT100. Some of the older Vox tonelab stuff still sounds decent today.
New
Boss GT1, Mooer red truck. There's also this - although it's too new to form an opinion on yet

Amplifire is excellent but doesn't have USB audio (the USB connection on it is only for the editor) so you would need a separate interface = more money
The g3n G5n sound better than the old G3 IMO, and the footswitching is loads better

is it crazy how saying sentences backwards creates backwards sentences saying how crazy it is?
What's the difference?
