Trussart Steeldeville with TV Jones Powertrons and Bigsby,
Fender 54 Strat
Gibson R6
I'm happy, but not necessarily in that order for the 1,2, 3 options. That would depend on how I was feeling on the day. They're SO different!
2) Les Paul + Strat
3) Les paul + Strat + 335
PA Hire and Event Management
Two - a Strat and a Rickenbacker
Three - all of the above
Which is what I have.
"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski
"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein
Strat, Tele, Les Paul of course.
*An Official Foo-Approved guitarist since Sept 2023.
Strat first, then Les Paul. Then Telecaster so you can get the wow's and wisdoms on webforums.
Two guitars - Telecaster and Strat
Three guitars - Telecaster, Strat, and anotherTelecaster
2: ES-335 + LP
3: ES-335 + LP + ES-175
(1,2 = have; 3 = fantasy)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself
For the third it would be hard to choose between a tele and a shred style guitar with hot pickups, fast neck etc.
I'd be very happy with just option 2 mind you.
Personally never liked the semi hollow type at all so the third choice would just be a variation on the main 2.
Two Guitar: Strat + ES-339
Three Guitar: Strat + ES-339 + some kind of Mahogany slab with a pair of P90s (either a LP, SG, or PRS McCarty Soapbar)
Two Guitars - HSS Strat and Les Paul Standard
Three Guitars - HSS Strat, Les Paul Standard and Telecaster
Having said that I mainly play my new Telecaster these days, but if/when I start gigging again I expect my main guitar will be my HSS Strat again because it's the most versatile.
strat
strat + jazzmaster, modded to hell

1: Not sure. Probably a Strat with a few wiring tweaks, but would need to audition a few others.
2: Strat and some kind of semi. Possibly a Gretsch Panther.
3: Strat, Semi, and probably a Tele.
1 - strat copy with a humbucker at the bridge, but no locking tremolo. (Already got an ancient Ibanez RT for that.)
2 - something compact or headless for occasional train trips (have an old Hohner G3T for that, though would fancy something with a better body sound.)
3 - nylon strung solid (already got a simple DIY one that's adequate.)
I don't have any different confiurations for 1, 2 or 3 model setups, I'd just have those three in order.
2. Fender Strat & Gretsch 6120
3. Fender Strat, Gretsch 6120 and Rickenbacker 330
2. Les Paul and Single Cut Junior
3. Les Paul, SC Junior and Esquire
Weirdly with my current band if I use only one guitar for an entire gig it's normally the esquire or the junior but if I could only use one guitar ever it would be my Les Paul for the odd occasion I need a neck pickup
2. Superstrat with Floyd and passive pickups
3. Cheaper Superstrat with Floyd and EMG pickups to use for practice
By that account, I’ve already got my ideal lineup
2. Jazzmaster and Electric XII
3. Jazzmaster, Electric XII and Jaguar
I'm sure that will amuse a few people, but that really is my perfect holy trinity.
I said maybe.....
job jobbed.
1 Musicman Luke 3
2 Luke 3 and CS Tele
3 Luke 3, CS Tele , LP standard
