These Roland plug-in synthesizer emulations have been available for a few months. The only one that I have tried is the SH-101 Demo. Easily as much fun as the real thing. Some interesting additions to the original specification. e.g. Two envelope generators where the originals only had one. Well-chosen effects processors for each instrument.
My personal preference would be for an outright purchase rather than the Adobe-esque Cloud subscription approach.

The u-he RePro-One allows user editing of component degradation.
The KORG Odyssey plug-in offers all three generations of the filter chip.
I am especially fond of 909 sounds and, to a lesser degree, some of the 808 and CR-78 sounds. Unless you are fixated on the appearances and the control panel layouts of the vintage Roland instruments, it is perfectly possible to program your own electronic percussion sounds from scratch using a mixture of pitched waveforms and noise.
