Judging by the corrosion in the control cavity and on the pickguard screws, the Antoria has been languishing in unsuitable storage for years, if not, decades. The strings and their condition seem to confirm this. They remind me of Rotosound Tru Bass.
And yes, some roto flats do have red/orange silks so they could indeed be those.
Bet that would be nice with some zingy rounds on actually
