As I’ve said in other threads - I’m trying to simplify life and own nothing I don’t really need. I’d sell it....
I think the only point of selling really would be if it would lose value over time or if you need the money.
Best wishes.
I was seriously thinking of selling my LP because I had got seriously into Strats but the other day I got out the Gibson when I felt a bit Santana-ish and after half an hour thought, "cor, this is a bit of all right!".
Glad I kept it and probably so will you.
I don't like Jazzmasters either, but "pile of useless tat" is really a bit harsh! I understand those Mastery wotsits make them quite usable these days...
I'd expect things to be the other way round lol. Why is she do adamant you keep a guitar?
If you don't play it, and don't plan to, sell it.
It's not a guitar anymore, it becomes a door stop.
If you don't need the money, and you think you will play it in the future, keep it.
I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to
(If I ever sold the Telecaster I'd probably be celibate for the next six months.)
