Thinner panels at the far end of the room for the high end & a couch for low end would help overall.
Then again if your room is quite tiny then most of this advice is pointless.

cheap heavy duty fabric about 8m for £10 (I bought 3 lots as I made a storage cover curtain as well)

You can use this site to generate a signal by pitch http://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/
Reason being 65hz is a lot harder to treat and needs much deeper traps to make a difference. At 130hz you could probably make a noticeable difference with bass trap panels like GIK Monsters or possibly GIK 244’s.
If it’s the 65hz causing you issues you’d need something similar to the soffits in the corners of the room.
You can build your own, but that’s roughly what you’re looking at I think

I don't have anything thinner than 4" absorption. My main advice would be to skip 2" panels and skip foam because they don't really have much impact on bass frequencies. GIK have some info on their website that explain basics of room treatment http://gikacoustics.co.uk/articles/

I used the Room EQ Wizard software (free) and a Behringer ECM8000 omnidirectional mic (~£50) to get a measurement of the room and it showed me I have a spike at around 130Hz and some long (400ms +) decay times at lower freqs.
My plan is to get some 50mm thick Rockwool RW5 slabs and make up some panels like above. I'm going to treat the corners first though and see what happens.
Room treatment is a bit of a minefield but pretty interesting once you get going. I'm planning to start a thread once I actually make a start on the project.
