After buying quite a few custom shop guitars over the last few years (ahem), I ordered a custom built guitar from Peach last year, which arrived yesterday. Teles are my favourite guitars so this was based on a classic 52 blackguard, but with a roasted ash body and roasted maple neck, a natural finish and some heavy relic work.
Its got the broadcaster, twisted tele combination and a 4 way switch so there are classic tele tones, a Stratty neck pickup and a humbucker style sound in the extra position (which also works as a great boost). The neck is Fender’s wonderful 10/56 v.
Ive not had much time yet. It’ll be in the studio for 4-5 hours tomorrow, but I do know it’s very light (probably because of the roasted wood), and to borrow from Mark at Guitars4You, it’s definitely got that unplugged ring.
Its an expensive way of getting a guitar (£3,799), but I didn’t exactly skimp on the spec.
Pics below as I’m rubbish at uploads. Heavy relic haters please look away.

Who wants a new one. We all know the old worn out ones play better
Enjoy it - Dirty natural ash blondes always look nice
It's a cool look though.
The idea is it retains the sound of the classic tele bridge, but it actually intonates.
