The 22w is easily loud enough too, put in perspective, where the Marshall Origin 20 combo was flat out , the Rift is between 3 and 4. The Dumble channel has more midrange push and reacts very differently to the Blackface channel and is even more touch responsive .
It takes pedals beautifully with the  Ethos and Twimble putting it into that infinite singing sustain and today I’ve had a Revv Purple and Red dropped round, gawd help my neighbours :)

How does it sound at low bedroom levels? Good master volume?

  • Happy NAD mate! That is literally my dream amp... I’m not jealous at all ;) (Had to shoot Rift a PM about something similar but with different voicing)

No master volume, so it’s either an attenuator or Two Notes, it’s still a very full sounding amp at bedroom levels though

The Revv purple is fantastic, quiet and a very liquid dynamic overdrive, hopefully I'll get a chance to give the Revv Red a good workout next week as it's been crazily busy this Bank Holiday
