This isn't a whinge (yet) just trying to manage my expectations.
Does anyone have any experience of dealing with Cockos support?
I finally got around to stumping up for Reaper at the start of the week, as I'm going to start trying to use it properly/more often. Card payment has gone through, but no code received.
As instructed on the website, I've emailed their support address with info (on Monday) but also heard nothing back from there. I've checked spam filters, junk folders, spam settings on the server etc. etc. to make sure they're not getting eaten along the way.
It's not the end of the world - I can still use it in evaluation mode, after all. However, I'd sort of expected that at ~48 hours in there would have been some acknowledgement, even allowing for timezones and wotnot, especially given the order page says "If you don't get a key within minutes email us …".
Are they normally a bit crap at comms, or am I being an impatient now-generation arsehole? Or both

This isn't something you can do via the forum, you will need to speak to them, but usually my advice is to ask the users on the forum if you need support, rather than Cockos themselves.
So, yes they are usually crap at comms.
