JJ Guitars
Everyone on here knows about these
Made by respected British guitar builder
See www.jjguitars.com
Quality materials
I can't guarantee As was not the original owner
but the story goes that JJ guitars made from this period
utilised Rosewood fingerboards that JJ Guitars managed to obtain from the classic BURNS company many years ago
I can say that the grain, consistency and feel of the fretboard is brilliant
Electra Blue £600
Now £500 Collected from NottinghamThis was previously bought from another FretBoarder
and the original listing can be found 'JJ Custom'
And it hasn't been played very much in my possession
Seymour Duncan 59's
Comes with tweed style case (not original)
In good used condition with a some marks here and there consistent with age but nothing too serious metalwork tarnishing and light buckle rash from use.
and the low price takes that into account
No neck breaks of course and frets are sound
Certificate of authenticity
looking for the price that I paid for it, which I hope is fair,
£600
HAMER USA GAT-SO.
SOLDCondition is Used.
superb flame top equivalent to PRS artist and above
almost 3-D effect given the hamer process
Seymour Duncan Seth Lover pickups
semi-hollow design
complete with Hiscox Case
Not original of course, but fits the guitar perfectly
And the case is in great condition
condition is 9 out of 10
particularly given its age
a few light marks here and there
But that is being picky
Most Hamers of this age have been played to death
Frets are in good condition too
Am looking for £1199 which is what I paid for the guitar
plus I bought the Hiscox case brand new on top
Electra Sunburst SOLD
Refinished in Sunburst to show of the figuring a bit more I presume - nitro finish
so has the cracking on the finish
Certificate of authenticity states the original green finish of course
good used condition with a couple of marks, the cracking metalwork tarnishing and buckle rash from use
Complete with Horizon case

So that’s hand built by small caring boutique builder, made of top quality materials and hardware. £1,200 quid?
That’s a bargain for someone right there. I’ll post a link to this to the Hamer Fan Club forum.
At the moment I'm looking for:
* Hamer Watson, SS2, Vintage S, T62.
* Music Man Luke 1, Luke II
Please drop me a message.
keep picking it up
getting cold feet about moving it on
sure I’ll regret it

Obviously, I'm in two minds as this is a really good guitar and will be very hard to replace in the future
but nonetheless other bills have kicked in
so reluctantly, and definitely, this is up to sale or trade
The Hamer ought to be a 1996 (first digit 6 marks the year, 46.... is the number of guitars built in total, what fits into the bill).
Have a Duotone with similar numbers.
