Setting up new laptop, Windows Old?

Its all been updated and is current. I looked at storage and it was at 60 odd gig, I thought thats not right, went into Pc and found a folder called Windows Old, I always thought this was created if you reinstalled windows? Can I delete this?

    Yes, you can, unless you want to roll back at any point. You might want to delete it using Disk Cleanup run as admin, rather then explorer, though,  as it tidied up other hidden guff involved.
