The problem is that with zero milk content it takes much longer to actually melt in your mouth. When it starts melting you get bitterness and chocolate flavour but zero sweetness.
That is the taste you get and it gets stronger as it melts more to cover your mouth. May be it is an acquired taste, but i don't think it is nice or enjoyable. the way you would ever associate chocolate. It is tolerable, just not something I would ever eat as enjoyment. In fact, I would say as far as if you only limit yourself eating 100% chocolate, it would put me off eating it completely.
It's like eating raw butter, while it is great on toast, great melted, you wouldn't ever eat it with a spoon.
