Cobbled together specs from t’interweb:
The Lider-2 is a guitar effects processor produced in the 1980`s by the Katchkanar radio equipment factory "Formanta", which also produced synthesizers (Polivoks, Manual, Maestro etc).
This example seems to pretty much fully work, but is in need of a damn good service (noisy controls/sliders with drop-out, etc).
In many ways, the modulation effects are similar to UK stuff of the era (think Carlsbro Chorus, Flanger, etc - those huge mains-powered things with the coloured stripe). Very analog-sounding and not as ‘rich’ as, say, a Boss CE-2.
It gets interesting when you run everything together - the Octave section is quite OTT and musical, so you’re suddenly in Muse-esque territory.
There are some demo vids online, but most don’t seem to do the unit justice in terms of the “crazy” factor (most appear to be from Reverb sellers, so maybe dwell more on other attributes).
All-in-all...I love it!

Perhaps, you can? H7 probably already owns examples of most of them.
