Recording with HX stomp

Please excuse the question but I have never recorded at home but am looking to start!

My HX stomp has a usb out for recording. If I used a usb to lightening adapter cable would I be able to connect to my iPad and record into something like garage band?

    I think so, Google 'hx stomp ios' looks like it's possible.

    I'm doing this with a Headrush Gigboard as an audio interface. The iPad needs an Apple Camera kit to convert the USB into Lightning  format and then it works fine as an audio interface with any iPadOS audio software. I'm sure a Stomp will be the same.

    I just tried this with a HX Stomp, ipad and a 3rd party camera connection kit. No setting up required, Cubasis detected the HX Stomp without any configuration and I was able to monitor the HX Stomp through headphones connected to the iPad. The latency wasn't amazing, but definitely usable.
