  That looks like a couple of Escorts - probably a 30W guitar one and a 50W bass one. They're in pretty poor condition though - and even if they clean up OK, not a bargain. Without knowing that they both at least work I wouldn't pay that much, and probably not even then.
  
  They're all-solid-state, don't sound that great, and can need a fair amount of work to make them reliable - they suffer a lot from PCB damage and cracked solder joints, and at the age they are (very late 70s - early 80s) will most likely need electrolytic caps replacing.
