    Can I politely request that any potential buyers don't make me an offer, which I then agree to, only for this to be followed by a series of questions about the guitar which then leads them to decide it's not for them?

    I would have thought this was fairly obvious but seemingly not.

    Just checked my pricing of this. If you do a search for 'Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster Relic' on both Ebay and Reverb, it is currently the cheapest one available worldwide.
