It was posted on Hot UK Deals so that probably did the trick! Preorders available by the looks of it for late Dec early Jan.

Edit, i spoke too soon, now not letting me proceed to purchase! There's a second hand one though for £250. now, anybody fancy teaching me how to do these things on my HX FX or Helix Native instead?

Not sure what the original RRP was but they are still for sale at £599 at some shops.

Yes I've seen that before with g4m, when they run out of stock they seem to be able to ship with a longer eta (obviously I guess) from Sweden.

They have said 12 - 13 December for the one I ordered earlier.

I opted for DPD Standard delivery from Sweden to the UK at £4.49.

Mine just arrived. Managed to get in on the first lot of stock. Complete GAS purchase though.

So far..... presets are awful....but the blender function which randomly generates a patch (you need to set the time to slow so you don't miss a good one before you stop it generating a new one) has already produced several which would be very useable.

Need to start thinking like a keyboard player rather than a guitar player but this could be a fun piece of kit!

I've had one pretty much since the first Brum Guitar Show since they came out. Paired with my GT-1000 it does a lot of good.

Mine arrived on Thursday but with an EU power supply. Gear4Music sent a replacement UK power supply straightaway, which arrived today.

Only had chance for a quick play, but it’s a lot of fun so far. Opens up a whole lot of new sounds.

They sent a brand new Boss UK power supply.

Soooo ..... How are you lot getting on with guitar / synth? It's taken me a while to get set up but so far, just playing the pre-sets, wow!

I haven't explored the inner workings yet. Worth a dedicated thread?

They replied straight back to me but for some reason it didn't get sent out till last week. Looking forward to playing with it but doubt I'll understand it!

I bought an expression pedal to go with mine (an EHX). I've used it mainly to vary the filter cutoff. It's a really useful addition to the SY-300.

The SY-300 is amazing! And for two hundred notes I'm really glad I treated myself to one.

I've now set mine up as a direct switch in/out alongside my drive pedal. I can run clean or dirty or synth at equal levels. Love that it has an on/off footswitch! I read up a bit about how it works. Rather than detecting pitch and doing pitch to midi conversion, it is actually modifying the core signal. That means if I run dirty and switch the synth in, it synthesises sounds based off the dirty signal. So my chain is now: filter/dirt/boost/synth/delay/Trio+ and any combination gives different sounds, all switchable on the fly. Magic.

I fancy busking this setup.
