I met Johnny Ball when I was a kid (and oh no he di'int). After Rolf I don't reckon I could take it if ended up lynched from the yew tree.
As for Roy Harper I never got around to reading his book 'Fingering Technique For Kids', but might give it a miss.
Does anybody remember when Jimmy was banging a 14 year old and nobody cared?

from Wikipedia's page on John Peel:
" At one point, he said that if he died before his producer John Walters, he wanted the latter to play Roy Harper's "When an Old Cricketer Leaves the Crease".[24] Walters having died in 2001, it was left to Andy Kershaw to end his tribute programme to Peel on BBC Radio 3 with the song. Peel's stand-in on his Radio 1 slot, Rob da Bank, also played the song at the start of the final show before his funeral."
