UPDATE - GG in all fairness apologised both by email and by a follow up phonecall about this - hopefully there will be a new amp winging its way to Welshboyo towers very soon....

I'm after a new Bogner (so 2k!!!!!)and do you think I can even get a response out of the 2 enquiries I have made? No...

Long Story cut Short - after an Atma combo, they have the silver one in stock but I want the black one - asked both a guy on the sales line and a guy who hounded me after I put the Silver one in my basket and stopped just before hitting the buy button..

Neither or which have had the decency to come back to me.

Even if they have to talk to Bogner I know from previous dealings that they are almost immediate with replies.

I'm not asking for the moon on a stick or want the amp by the end of the week, just an indication of if it can be done and how long it will take to ship one in...

Anybody got any decent contacts in GG that I can tap into?

Awful service from them in the past, plus on the pricier end of the scale. Can one of the specialists like Peach/Coda help you?

Box shifters. Fine if they have what you want in stock but I don't get the impression that they are a service based company.

This. I enquired about a pre owned guitar at one of their stores over the phone once and it took me about one minute to realise that I didn’t want to be dealing with them!

cheers all!! - the problem is that they are the only UK Bogner amps dealer - others are just pedals.

I had good service from the Newcastle branch when I ordered an ESP. I agree with @TTony that it's positive that they are trying to sort out the issue.
