Might be heresy, but I found Clockwork Orange over-long and one or two good scenes aside a rather crappy film.

Much prefer Lindsay Anderson's dytopian future visions

The Boys in Blue starring Cannon and Ball, knocks The Long Good Friday into a cocked hat for gritty realism.

Slight disappointment that we were a page in before anyone mentioned Get Carter, but props for the mention of Twin Town. A bloody horrible film when you get down to it, but a quality script in places:

"Dylan Thomas also called Swansea an 'ugly, lovely town'."
"Really? I'd call it a 'pretty shitty city'!"
"Well, Dylan Thomas didn't do as much fucking cocaine as you did he, Terry."

Love Honor And Obey already mentioned and a comedy great along with the tv show Operation Good Guys (same cast and almost the same show/movie).

Has anyone mentioned The Italian Job or are we not counting that as It's Italian ?

what is a "British film" any more ?

I mean a large portion of Rogue One was shot 3 miles from my house by a british director , british leading actor and good number of supporting cast , other scenes shot in Pinewood studios yet I wouldn't call it a "British Film" ....hmmmmm

lol they're supposed to be Millwall. I really liked this one, seriously. It goes beyond footie, just like Football Factory. The lad goes crazier and crazier each passing second till he loses the marbles entirely. I must admit I also loved the 1st Green Street Hooligans movie, and Cass!
Forgot to mention Hector... nice one too, if you're at least a bit sensitive.
