Fender Super Sonic 60w.

Just rebuilt, new board set, fresh set of JJs tubes. Stock faults (like +/-16v supply)fixed & wont cause issue.

Also fitted a rather nice brand new Creamback G12-H 75.

£600 or trades

or £550 with an eminence speaker

What's the fault with the voltage? I had a 22 that I loved but it was too noisy to record with.

@ché not sure about the 22 but the 60 has a couple of zener diodes and ceramic resistors that get very hot on the PCB, with a high voltage  screen supply running underneath. They're a touch noisy - the trick to recording noisy amps is turn up loud, then the signal to noise ratio improves & when the guitar is in the mix the noise isn't an issue. This is most true of amps like some fenders where the volume is early in the circuit. A good test of any amp is turn the master up full and control the volume from the gain, then you realise just how bad many amps are!

    Hi Hayden.

Would a 1983 JCM800 be of any interest? I should mention that I mean a 4010 2204 model. It is the vertical input version (don't know why but that seems to make a difference on the gear page).
